Notifications
The Portal keeps you informed with notifications, so you don't have to keep checking back manually.
Where to find them
Look for the bell icon in the top bar. A dot or number means you have new notifications. Select it to open the list and read them.
What you'll be notified about
What you receive depends on your role. Common examples:
- Citizens — payment due, payment receipt, inspection scheduled, application approved or rejected, certificate ready.
- Inspectors — a new inspection assigned to you.
- Managers — items waiting in your approvals queue.
Marking as read
- Select a notification to view it.
- Use Mark all as read to clear the unread count once you've caught up.
Email notifications
Some important updates are also sent to your email address — like payment receipts and key decisions. Make sure your email is correct in your profile, and check your spam folder if you're missing messages.
